  - OPENING

    - Minutes of the 7th 
    AGM of FOBC were accepted as read. Moved Rosemary B, seconded Barrie 
    G.
- President delivered 
    the President’s Report. Copy of the report was presented to the meeting 
    and will be available on the FOBC website. Barrie G moved the report 
    be accepted. Seconded by Eleanor S. Report accepted by all.
- Treasurer’s Report 
    was delivered by Bob Strickland. Copy of the Treasurer’s report was 
    presented to the meeting and will be available on the FOBC website. 
    Accepted by the meeting, moved by Robert B and seconded by Barrie G. 
    Successful fundraising was especially mentioned, as was the acquisition 
    of Hamilton planters with Bendigo Bank funding.
  - BUSINESS OF THE MEETING 
  – ELECTION OF THE COMMITTEE
    - All members of the 
    committee will continue in their role.
- It was proposed that 
    Albert should be invited onto this committee to represent Friends of 
    Back Creek (South). Suggested by Robert B, seconded by Barrie G and 
    accepted by all.

    by the FOBC (South).

    at the Riversdale end of the creek should go up on the noticeboard. 
- FOBC (South) meet the 
    second Sunday of the month. They have links from the Boroondara webpage 
    and the FOBC webpage.
- Treasurer’s Report 
    tabled.
- 2500 plants are to 
    be ordered by Barrie G from VINC.
- Next Sunday’s focus 
    is the black nightshade.
